Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milestone Path, its instructors, and affiliated partners from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:
- Your violation of these terms and conditions

- Breach of confidentiality agreements
- Unlawful conduct related to your use of our services
